What is the minimum order?

For warehouse pickup, one 25 lb box. For wholesale, tell us your volume and we will tell you the same day whether it works. There is no harm in asking.

What payment methods do you take?

Wire transfer, business check and cash at the warehouse. For wholesale we set terms per client after the first purchase.

How long does importing take?

In-stock product leaves the same or the next day. A sourced order usually takes 2 to 4 weeks from sample approval, depending on the product.

What products can you source?

Almost any food grown in Mexico: dried chiles, spices, grains, beans, frozen goods and packaged groceries. Tell us what you are after and we verify it with growers.

Do you have cold storage?

Yes. Our McAllen warehouse has a refrigerated room and reefer truck access.

What are pickup hours?

By appointment. When your quote is confirmed we schedule a day and time in McAllen or Dallas.

Do you provide samples?

Yes. For serious buyers we send a sample or a trial box before you commit to a large order.

What documents do you provide?

Invoice, packing list, import documents and a temperature log when the product travels cold. Your QA team gets the full file.

Do you deliver outside Texas?

Yes, we coordinate freight across the US. Most out-of-state clients take FOB McAllen with their own carrier or one we arrange.
