The pipeline is short on purpose. Ours, field to dock — no importers, no brokers, no re-baggers between your kitchen and the plant that dried the chile.

The bend test

Bend one. That’s how you know.

A fresh dried chile folds like leather; a stale one snaps. Ours leave the floor soft and pliable — squeeze-test a pod at pickup, or read the 4.4★ Amazon reviews from 74 buyers who checked for you.

Running a line? Qualified buyers above 500 lb/month get a free 1 lb evaluation lot on their QC bench before any commitment.

Why buyers switch

The short-pipeline edge.

Our own plant in Zacatecas

We're not a re-bagger. The chile is slow-cured at our own dehydration plant — climate-managed and lot-traced.

FDA-registered on both sides

Registered facilities in Zacatecas and Dallas, plus FSVP and HACCP. Your audit file is one email away.

From dry pod to sauce

Toast. Rehydrate. Blend.

01

Toast

30–60 seconds per side on a dry comal or skillet, until aromatic. Don't let it smoke — burnt chile turns bitter.

02

Rehydrate

Cover with hot water and soak 15–20 minutes, until soft and pliable.

03

Blend

Into moles, salsas, adobos, and braising sauces. Strain for a silk finish.
